Business Consulting
We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for constant development and maintenance of internal finance-payroll system (based on workflow platform). By working as a business analyst, you will have a chance to optimise digital financial/payroll processes and shape future development paths for one of the most crucial back-office systems. In broader perspective, you will be a part of an Internal Systems division and by this you will have a chance to develop an internal architecture of a fast-growing IT-consulting company.
You will have opportunity to:
· Be a part of a team which will maintain and develop the company’s financial-payroll system
· Conduct complex business analysis independently, design business processes, define functional requirements and test created solutions
· Cooperate with other analysts and IT developers on successful implementation of designed solutions
We bet on you, so we expect you to:
· Have experience with SQL
· Be familiar with any business workflow system (especially WEBCON
· Possess analytical skills like:
o gathering requirements regarding business process changes
o conducting meeting/workshops with internal stakeholders
o business process design and optimisation
· Have a very good command of English
· Enjoy teamwork with experts with various academic backgrounds and skills

· Have experience with financial IT systems (like SAP) and implementation/improvement projects
