People Team
The mission of the People Team in Sollers is to take care of the …Sollers People! That’s quite self-explanatory, but what does it include? Our 13-strong and dynamically growing group of teammates is involved in all key areas of the employee experience in the company: from recruiting candidates to onboarding new Sollers and making sure they have all the opportunities to develop their skills.
Employer Branding is an important unit of the team, making sure that both our existing and future team members as well as all our partners are well informed about what Sollers stands for and why it is a great place to work and cooperate with.

As an employer branding specialist you will:
• Strengthen our company brand - on- and offline
• Organise and participate in EB activities and events for different target groups
• Develop and maintain cooperation with universities and students organisations
• Measure the results of Employer Branding activities
• Design and conduct end-to-end Social Media campaigns (from idea generation to final launch and success tracking)
• Support and maintain HR processes with strong focus on Employer Branding
