You´ll have the opportunity to

• Support and maintain HR processes with strong focus on Employer Branding and supporting Recruitment
• Employer Branding:
-Strengthen our company brand - on- and offline
-Organize and participate in EB activities and events for different target groups
-Design and conduct end-to-end Social Media campaigns (from idea generation to final launch and success tracking)
-Develop our cooperation with universities, organizations and schools (and maintain the relations with them)
-Measure the success of Employer Branding activities
• Recruitment
-Manage the candidates' database
-Ensure the high quality of our full-life recruitment cycle
-Find and implement new, effective recruitment sources
-Prepare HR reports
-Support other HR areas such as onboarding, coaching and training

• Know English very well
• Have a deep, strategic understanding of Employer Branding approaches and techniques
• Have professional experience in online and offline Employer Branding activities, preferably in an international (IT) environment
• Present analytical skills and have an eye for detail
• Be a communicative, creative person and openness for new solutions and ideas
• Be able to organize your own work and strive for self-development
• Have very good computer skills (MS Office)

Each position is different, as are the qualifications needed in the support teams. In general, we look for independent and reliable employees with good time management, communication and analytical skills. When reviewing CVs or in interviews, I focus on aspects that reveal whether you have such skills and you fit into our team.

1) I reviewed the careers website and social media channels to find out more about Sollers as a company and the position I was applying for.
