You´ll have the opportunity to

• Design graphics materials for events such as: invitations, POS materials, exhibition systems, press releases / adversarial, and so on.
• Create a visual identity for selected products and events.
• Adapt and modify existing graphic layouts.
• Design content (including ads type) for the company's social media channels. (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram), both formats static and animation.
• Prepare website graphics and animation design (advertising banners, newsletters, infographics, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Marketing teams (incl. creative assistance in the development and implementation of marketing activities, both on- and offline communication/ working and supporting team on website design and updates implementations).
• Ensure consistency of created materials.
• Take the initiative to refresh the brand image and communication materials.

We bet on you, so we expect you to

• Have 3-4 years of experience proved by a portfolio demonstrating technical design abilities, including animation / video content design
• Use proficiently Adobe suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Be able to create GIF’s and short animations
• Know DTP principles, and prepare graphic materials for printing
• Cooperate with subcontractors (printing houses, media)
• Support a marketing team in managing Canva tool (Premium package)
• Know trends and the changing reality of social media
• Be communicative, creative, solutions oriented and with solid attention to detail

Each position is different, as are the qualifications needed in the support teams. In general, we look for independent and reliable employees with good time management, communication and analytical skills. When reviewing CVs or in interviews, I focus on aspects that reveal whether you have such skills and you fit into our team.
