We are looking for an experienced professional to join our products and services development team. To succeed in this role, you will have to demonstrate business thinking, ability to drive topics, and lead a team to deliver new successful products and services.

You will have an opportunity to:

• Have overall responsibility for defining new products and services
• Create a compelling vision for product delivery
• Be the voice of the customer in the Sollers product area
• Take ownership of the product portfolio to maximize its potential for commercial success and ensure strong alignment and synergies within the portfolio
• Prioritize new products aligned with the company’s short and long-term goals, identify gaps and influence investment decisions
• Own the product roadmap, define the metrics and KPIs used to measure the long-term success of the products your Team will coordinate
• Lead a product team, shape its backlog and rationalise the business goals to the organization
• Provide insights into current product, technology and market trends in the financial sector to ensure that we build what our customers will want to use tomorrow

We bet on you, so we expect you to:

• Show a focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
• Have at least 4 years of experience as a member of digital product development teams
• Display attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level
• Be able to serve as a product spokesperson and advocate
• Excel at interpersonal and communication skills, which allows to liaise between cross-functional teams and multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Present strong bias towards action and driving initiatives forward
• Know English very well (C1+)

We appreciate if you additionally:

• Have a deep understanding of digital technologies used in the financial industry
• Can build a relationship with C-level representatives
• Have experience designing and launching B2B and B2B2C products for clients from the financial industry, especially for insurance companies
• Have proven track record in strategic product design, corporate strategy or client development, preferably as a team leader
• Have experience working directly with customers from the financial sector and a comprehensive understanding of the insurance processes
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of agile development philosophies (Lean, Kanban …) and their good practices
• Know additional languages, especially German, French or Japanese
