You´ll have the opportunity to
- Coordinate offices around the world
- Manage opening new offices in international surrounding (research, rental contract negotiations, planning budget, coordination of reconstruction works, ordering equipment)
- Steadily propose and implement improvements in all offices
- Prepare, plan and execute budget
We bet on you, so we expect you to
- Have at least 5 years of experience in: office coordination, opening new offices, reconstruction and improvement of offices in an international environment
- Have experience in leading the team with successful deliverables
- Be willing to get involved also in some more basic or repetitive team tasks, e.g. reception support
- Have a very good command of English and Polish
- Be a team-player with the ability to build strong partnerships
- Be able to achieve results in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
- Be very well organized and efficient in management of own tasks
- Have a great experience with various tools helping managing projects
