You´ll have the opportunity to

• Support reception desk and office activities
• Support recruitment and business meeting preparation
• Manage the ordering of office materials and groceries
• Cooperate with external providers such as office building administration, office providers
• Organize local team integration events
• Support logistics for employees (such as booking flights, accommodation)
• Support the HR and Marketing teams with employer branding and marketing activities

In general, we look for independent and reliable employees with good time management, communication and analytical skills. When reviewing CVs or in interviews, I focus on aspects that reveal whether you have such skills and you fit into our team.

1) I reviewed the careers website and social media channels to find out more about Sollers as a company and the position I was applying for.
2) Based on this, I wrote down questions to ask about the company and the position during my interview. I have also prepared well thought out answers to possible questions I might be asked.
