People Team
Our mission is to take care of our people. Therefore, our team of 11 teammates is involved in many different steps of the “lifecycle of our employees”: From recruiting Sollers to onboarding them to our company to giving them opportunities to develop their skills. By daily supporting them, we help them grow and feel comfortable in the company.

You´ll have the opportunity to
· Be a part of the People Team
· Coordinate and drive three areas from the People Team scope:
1) Recruitment
§ Monitor recruitment process reports to make sure the process is fast, efficient and provides positive candidate experience
§ Analyse recruitment trends and adjust our process to the market standards
§ Propose and implement improvements in the recruitment area
§ Monitor targets realisation
2) Employer branding
§ Cooperate closely with Employer Branding specialists
§ Make sure our activities are in line with business needs of the recruitment process
§ Have an overview of the results of the Employer Branding activities
3) Onboarding
§ Support the onboarding of the new employees
§ Adjust exiting process to the changing scale of the company
§ Be the point of contact for Candidates to answer questions related to the onboarding process
§ Implement monitoring of efficiency of the onboarding process
· Cooperate with other Stream Leaders and Product Owner to deliver the best value of work
· Be involved in creating strategic plans for mentioned areas
· Be involved in other People Team areas like Trainings, Offboarding, Evaluations
· Be the contact person about Recruitment, Employer branding and Onboarding processes for the organization
We bet on you, so we expect you to
- Have at least 5 years of experience in: the IT recruitment area, internal employer branding activities, onboarding
· Have experience in leading the team with successful deliverables
· Be willing to get involved also in some more basic or repetitive team tasks, e.g., administration of recruitment process, participating in job fairs or schedule onboarding agenda
· Have a very good command of English and Polish
· Be an analytical person with an eye for detail
· Be a team-player with the ability to build strong partnerships
· Be able to achieve results in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
· Have the ability to work under time pressure, great multitasking and prioritization skills
· Be very well organized and efficient in management of own tasks
