Operations Team

Our mission is to let our people focus on their work. By taking care of all offices, ensuring comfortable trips to various project places, and organizing many integrations events to boost team spirit, our team members create a positive and productive work environment where everybody matters.

About the role. You will:

• Support reception desk and office activities.
• Cooperate with external providers such as office building administration, office providers (e.g. office materials and groceries).
• Support local team integration events organization and coordination
• Be a part of Sollers Wrocław Team and create a positive and productive work environment
• Support recruitment and business meetings preparation

About the requirements. You need:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position connected to the office administration
• Have impeccable computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Have a fluent command of English and Polish.
• Be committed, communicative, thorough, independent, and accurate
• FTE 100% (availability during a week Monday-Friday, working hours: 8 a.m - 4 p.m or 9.00 a.m - 5 p.m)
• To be ready to work from the office.

Each position is different, as are the qualifications needed in the support teams. In general, we look for independent and reliable employees with good time management, communication and analytical skills. When reviewing CVs or in interviews, I focus on aspects that reveal whether you have such skills and you fit into our team.

I appreciate it when you ask questions during interviews. It shows how well you have prepared and what you expect from working at Sollers.
