You will have an opportunity to:
• Be a part of consulting or implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions
• Conduct complex business analysis independently, define functional requirements, and test created solutions
• Work closely with IT developers and architects on a daily basis
• Support coordination of Agile projects and mentor junior team members
• Cooperate directly with the client team
• Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment
We bet on you, so we expect you to:
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector or in insurance or bancassurance
• Have experience in collaboration with an international team
• Apply analytical thinking and synthesis to present results of your work
• Know English very well
• Thrive in a flexible team environment, working among experts with various background and skills
• Be able to work in Malaysia
We appreciate if additionally you:
• Understand how banks or insurance companies work
• Be able to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for its results
• Know additional languages, especially Japanese, German or French
• Have experience working in consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the field of insurance or bancassurance
• Show interest in new technologies and their practical use
• Have experience in project work and want to continue developing in it
