We are looking for a professional to join our products and services development team. To succeed in this role, you will have to demonstrate business thinking, ability to drive topics, and work in a team to deliver new successful products and services.

You will have an opportunity to:

• Take part in defining new products and services
• Co-create a compelling vision for product delivery
• Be the voice of the customer in the Sollers product area
• Shape the product portfolio to maximize its potential for commercial success
• Identify market opportunities and gather customer feedback, identify gaps and influence investment decisions
• Define and execute experiments to validate the POCs of business problem solutions.
• Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
• Use metrics and KPIs used to review the long-term success of products
• Provide management information by preparing short-term and long-term product plans, reports and analyses
• Assist with the development of product cards and the review of products
• Lead a product, shape, and prioritise its backlog and rationalise the business goals to the team

• Show a focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
• Have least 3 years of experience as a member of digital product development teams
• Have very good understanding of the software development lifecycle and the digital technologies used in the financial industry
• Be comfortable sorting out ambiguity and bring structure and clarity of purpose to a conversation
• Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which allows to liaise between cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
• Proactively solve problems, helping to make decisions and build recommendations by interpreting data and insight from multiple sources
• Present strong bias towards action – being organised and able to plan, track and deliver effectively
• Know English very well (C1+)

We appreciate if you additionally:

• Have experience in product management, defining, driving and launching a successful software product from scratch
• Have experience designing and launching B2B and B2B2C products for clients from the financial industry, especially for insurance companies
• Have comprehensive understanding of insurance processes
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of agile development philosophies (Lean, Kanban …) and their good practices
• Know additional languages, especially German, French or Japanese
