Our team is responsible for staffing employees on projects that are suitable to their skills. We’re a team of 4 people closely working with projects management and with the board.

You´ll have the opportunity to:

• Be a part of the team that supports E2E project delivery
• Plan the assignment of professionals across projects and tasks
• Monitor and optimize the level of utilization in the organization
• Support PMs and monitor central processes, e.g. project review, CACI, time reporting, maintenance of the knowledge base structure,
• Support the analysis of the employees’ satisfaction level and assure a low attrition rate
• Be a part of regular meetings with projects’ leadership and team members
• Coordinate the flow of information between sales and recruitment processes
• Ensure the proper quality of data about employees for effective task management and project staffing
• Cooperate with the Internal Systems team to introduce improvements in the company’s IT systems

We bet on you, so we expect you to

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Have ale least 1 year of experience in PMO
• Have top-notch computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Know English and Polish very well
• Be a communicative and analytical person with an eye for detail
• Be able to organize your own work
• Like to work with data

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the IT sector and terminology
• Knowledge of VBA or PowerBI

Each position is different, as are the qualifications needed in the support teams. In general, we look for independent and reliable employees with good time management, communication and analytical skills. When reviewing CVs or in interviews, I focus on aspects that reveal whether you have such skills and you fit into our team.
