Our mission is to help Sollers grow and spread the word. Our Team of 11 team members is focused to build Sollers brand and position all over the world. By supporting customer and media relations, doing market research, organizing events and supporting internal communication, we have a big impact on our company’s growth and achieved results.

Storyteller with great copywriting skills wanted!

Each brand has its story to share. We at Sollers we would like to do the same, however as experts in technology & insurance business and not in storytelling this is easier said than done! We need your help to share and spread the ethos of our organisation! We are waiting for candidates who can mould words better than we mould code! By the way… “IT Storyteller” role might sound like a nice job of the future! Be a part of this journey!

You´ll have the opportunity of

· Ensuring that the Sollers brand develops around the globe by providing engaging and attention bringing creative content;
· Keeping a consistent tone of voice in all our marketing materials (boiler plates, reports, newsletters, posts, articles, interviews etc.);
· Interviewing customers, our employees, and industry experts to create unique new content.
· Producing brand content by reviewing, proofreading and ghost writing;
· Monitoring key media outlets & competitors in looking for inspirations & following market trends;
· Developing new topics together with marketing team & Sollers professionals;
· Making our content as attractive as possible thanks to daily cooperation with our graphic designer.

We bet on you, so we expect you to have:

- Experience in journalism and/or copywriting;
- Ability to use different styles of writing;
- Knowledge about technology in insurance sector is a strong advantage;
- Experience in research;
- Data analysis skills;
- Experience & skills in proofreading texts;
- Language: English C2 level; German/French language skills are very welcome
- Attention to details, process-oriented thinking, analytical mindset & excellent work organisation;
- MS Office is a must;
- Experience in working in Agile environment;
- Multicultural and international context experience,
- Open minded personality.

Each position is different, as are the qualifications needed in the support teams. In general, we look for independent and reliable employees with good time management, communication and analytical skills. When reviewing CVs or in interviews, I focus on aspects that reveal whether you have such skills and you fit into our team.

I appreciate it when you ask questions during interviews. It shows how well you have prepared and what you expect from working at Sollers.

I prepared for my interview with Sollers in three ways.

1) I reviewed the careers website and social media channels to find out more about Sollers as a company and the position I was applying for.
2) Based on this, I wrote down questions to ask about the company and the position during my interview. I have also prepared well thought out answers to possible questions I might be asked.
3) I practiced my English to be more confident in speaking and writing.
