On the 25th June, Sollers Consulting attended TINtech 2019 in London, dedicated to leveraging innovation to enable digital transformation and successfully engage your customers to deliver positive business results.
Sollers has been a staple at the TINtech industry events as a sponsor and active participant since 2017. This year Grzegorz Podleśny chaired 2nd Stream Session, “Driving digital customer engagement in commercial lines”.
More than 170 attendees had a chance to explore how technology supports and enables effective business processes, how you leverage digital to drive operational efficiency and how to decide which emerging technologies will enhance the customer experience.
The agenda offered many opportunities to share and gain knowledge: apart from keynote presentations by Blair Turnbull (Digital & Retail, UK & International Managing Director, Aviva there were three panel discussions, where industry leaders debated on innovation, digital transformation and the ultimate customer experience as well as workshops on practical applications of RPA, Legacy Modernisation and getting the data right to enable AI and automation.
An interesting new element was the Innovation stage, featuring a series of “TINtalks”: brief TED style presentations from all parts of the innovation value chain.
Our team as always was keen to network with our existing customers, make new acquaintances and both deepen our understanding of the UK insurance market and present our expertise and original solutions, like RIFE on this strategic market.
