Marcin Mekler
Manager at Sollers Consulting
Marcin has worked for 13 years in consulting and has supported major financial organisations in executing their business transformation initiatives. He has developed his expertise especially in project management, operating model design, agile coaching, as well as evaluating and selecting IT systems. He is a certified Enterprise Architect, IT Governance Expert, Product Owner and Scrum Master. Over the last few years Marcin has focused on leading Sollers teams through various engagements of core systems implementations mainly in the DACH region. He has also supported Sollers activities in Poland, the UK and Belgium. Currently he is supervising teams in their engagements in Germany and Switzerland.
Tomasz Miecielica
Senior Consultant at Sollers Consulting
Tomasz worked in the banking industry for four years, specializing in corporate credit risk mitigation and corporate loan portfolio management. Since 2016 he has supported various insurers in Poland, Belgium and Japan to reach their business and IT transformation goals. Tomasz has been responsible for several areas ensuring customer-centric processes in policy management and billing modules, as well as the proper quality of developed systems. Currently he supports the implementation advisory of Sollers projects in Japan, Germany and many other countries where his main activities are focused on ensuring efficient project delivery.
