When we started 25 years ago, insurers were operating with fragmented, local systems, often lacking centralised product definition and control over what was being sold. Paper-based processes dominated, with policies stored in siloed archives, making claims management inefficient and error-prone.
Today, the landscape has changed dramatically – agents work online and in some markets, such as the UK, most personal lines policies are sold without an agent. Over the past quarter of a century, we have been privileged to support insurers through this profound digital transformation.
