Payroll Team
In our team, we focus on payroll processes like salaries, benefits, all employees' regulations and agreements. We are a first contact for new employees to help them with all the formalities.
About the role. You will:
• Maintain employee master data in internal systems ensuring consistent data quality.
• Co-create payroll processes in countries where our offices are located & cooperation with external tax offices.
• Coordinate strategic processes in the payroll area for assigned countries e.g. salary payment process.
• Prepare employment documentation e.g. contracts, contract amendments and any other HR-related documents.
• Co-create payroll employment policies in accordance with local requirements e.g. health & safety policy, employee benefits & allowances.
• Monitor employee absences: vacation & sick leaves.
About the requirements. You need:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll & HR area.
• Good organization skills and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Great communication skills and be a team player.
• Analytical skills, sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers.
• Excellent MS office skills (Excel is a must).
