SOLLERS CONSULTING RECRUITMENT PORTAL TERMS OF USE
I. INTRO
1. The below Terms of Use are between You and the Portal provider and have been created in order to regulate Your access and use of the Portal.
2. The Terms of Use are available on the website www.sollers.eu prior to the conclusion of the contract in a way that allows the acquisition, reproduction and recording of its content using the ICT system that You use.
3. By starting using the Portal, You accept the provisions of the Terms of Use. Sending data requires Your explicit acceptance of the Terms of Use by checking the appropriate box on the application form.

Delivering malicious code, i.e. malicious files, scripts, viruses, Trojan horses, clocks, counters, locks or other that may (1) allow unauthorized access to or prevent access to any computer system or application; (2) cause damage to, corruption or loss of information in any computer system or application; (3) negatively impact the brand or reputation of the Portal provider; (4) damage an application or computer system in any other way is strictly forbidden.

X. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
1. Any complaints that You would like to submit should be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected] and should include Your name, surname, indication on what exactly Your complaint refers to and potential circumstances supporting the complaint.
2. The Portal Provider will contact you not later than within 14 days after submission of the complaint to the indicated e-mail address.
XI. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Portal Provider has the right to introduce changes to these Terms of Use.
2. Any changes to the Terms of Use will be communicated to You with a notice of at least 7 days as a message to the e-mail address provided during the registration. In the event of changes to the Terms of Use, the latest version will be posted on the Portal.
3. If You do not accept changes to the Terms of Use, You have the right to terminate the terms of the Terms of Use.
4. The Portal contains content that is protected by copyright, industrial property law and intangible goods protected by intellectual property rights. None of this content, in particular text, graphics, trademarks, logos, icons, photos, programs presented on the Portal may be reproduced or distributed in any form and in any way without the prior permission of the supplier.
