SOLLERS CONSULTING RECRUITMENT PORTAL TERMS OF USE

 

I. INTRO

1. The below Terms of Use are between You and the Portal provider and have been created in order to regulate Your access and use of the Portal.

2. The Terms of Use are available on the website www.sollers.eu prior to the conclusion of the contract in a way that allows the acquisition, reproduction and recording of its content using the ICT system that You use.

3. By starting using the Portal, You accept the provisions of the Terms of Use. Sending data requires Your explicit acceptance of the Terms of Use by checking the appropriate box on the application form.

4. Personal data provided on other Sollers websites will be used in accordance with our general Privacy Policy, available at https://sollers.eu/privacy-policy/.

 

II. PURPOSE OF THE PORTAL

1. The Portal is a tool that will allow You to:

  • participate in current and future recruitments of Sollers Consulting entities
  • provide Your CV as well as other documents that You think may be relevant during the recruitment process
  • receive information on recruitment processes conducted by Sollers Consulting and Sollers Consulting entities on an e-mail address indicated by You

 

III. INFORMATION ON PROVIDER OF THE PORTAL

1. As a tool, the Portal is provided to You by:
Sollers Consulting Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the Companies’ Register of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS No 0000191247, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 113-24-63-039, with the share capital of PLN 50,000.00.

2. Recruitment process is conducted by:

Sollers Consulting K.K. – for job offers in Japan

Sollers Consulting GmbH – for job offers in Germany

Sollers Consulting SAS – for job offers in France

Sollers Consulting LLC – for job offers in the Unites States

Sollers Consulting Information Technology SL - for job offers in Spain

Sollers Consulting Information Technology Ltd. - for job offers in the United Kingdom

Sollers Consulting Sdn. Bhd. - for job offers in Malaysia

 

IV. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE PORTAL

1. The Portal can be accessed by the following means:

  • Internet-enabled computer device
  • Internet-enabled mobile device

2. The Portal supports the following browser versions:

  • Mozilla Firefox – version 39.0 and later
  • Google Chrome – version 51 and later
  • Safari – version 10 and later
  • Internet Explorer – 11 and later

 

V. CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE PORTAL

1. Delivering malicious code, i.e. malicious files, scripts, viruses, Trojan horses, clocks, counters, locks or other that may (1) allow unauthorized access to or prevent access to any computer system or application; (2) cause damage to, corruption or loss of information in any computer system or application; (3) negatively impact the brand or reputation of the Portal provider; (4) damage an application or computer system in any other way is strictly forbidden.

2. Delivering unlawful content via the Portal is strictly forbidden.

 

VI. ACCESS AND USAGE OF THE PORTAL

1. Access and usage of the Portal is free of charge.

2. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, You declare:

  • You are of full age
  • You are entitled to agree to the Terms of Use
  • You do not provide data that infringing rights of third parties
  • The data You provide is complete and true

3. You are required to monitor the account of the email address indicated at the registration on the ongoing basis.

4. These Terms of Use are valid for an indefinite period of time. Changes of its provisions will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.

5. If due to maintenance or modifications on the Portal the Provider will temporarily cease to provide access to it, You will be notified at least 3 days in advance.

6. The Provider uses software or data that is not a component of the content of services provided electronically, entered by the provider into the ICT system that You use, in the form of cookies only for the purpose of collecting information related to data collection, and in particular to:

  • maintain the session
  • adjust the Provider's services to Your needs
  • create the viewing Portal statistics

 

VII. YOUR RIGHTS

  1. You may request changes to the data You provided by sending an email to [email protected] or by sending a message in the Portal.
  2. You may terminate the Terms of Use at any time, by sending an email to [email protected] or by sending a message in the Portal requesting the deletion of Your account from the Portal.

 

VIII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PROVIDER

1. The Provider of the Portal has the right to:

  • delete user accounts, in particular, if it finds that You do not respect the provisions of these Terms of Use
  • modify the Portal’s functionalities, including cease the provision of some part of it
  • terminate these Terms of Use without reasons at any time with a 7-day notice sent to the email address indicated by You at the time of Your registration
  • refuse creation of an account, if in its opinion the provided data is illegal, immoral, if it breached rights of third persons and infringes Provider’s legitimate interest.

2. The provider has the obligation to delete Your account in case of lack of activity for a period of 12 months.

 

IX. LIABILITIES

1. The Portal Provider is not responsible for the consequences of using the Portal and services provided by the Portal’s Provider electronically in a manner contrary to the provisions of applicable law or the provisions of the Terms of Use, if such circumstance occurred without the fault of the Provider.

2. The Portal Provider is not liable in the event of loss or damage of data due to Your disclosure of its access data to third persons.

3. The Portal Provider is not responsible for interruptions in data delivery, performance problems, improper operation, or cessation of operation if this is caused by a violation of these Terms of Use by You.

4. The Portal Provider is not responsible for:

  • loss of data or loss of data due to objective factors beyond the control of the Provider
  • content that is made available by You through the Portal
  • damages resulting from the cessation of providing the Portal
  • damages caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect entering of data by You
  • damages caused by non-compliance with the Terms of Use of the Portal.

 

X. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

1. Any complaints that You would like to submit should be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected] and should include Your name, surname, indication on what exactly Your complaint refers to and potential circumstances supporting the complaint.

2. The Portal Provider will contact you not later than within 14 days after submission of the complaint to the indicated e-mail address.

 

XI. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Portal Provider has the right to introduce changes to these Terms of Use.

2. Any changes to the Terms of Use will be communicated to You with a notice of at least 7 days as a message to the e-mail address provided during the registration. In the event of changes to the Terms of Use, the latest version will be posted on the Portal.

3. If You do not accept changes to the Terms of Use, You have the right to terminate the terms of the Terms of Use.

4. The Portal contains content that is protected by copyright, industrial property law and intangible goods protected by intellectual property rights. None of this content, in particular text, graphics, trademarks, logos, icons, photos, programs presented on the Portal may be reproduced or distributed in any form and in any way without the prior permission of the supplier.
