About the role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Website Senior Specialist / Manager to take full ownership of the Sollers website and ensure it delivers optimized, high-quality content and outstanding user experiences. This role plays a key part in our international marketing strategy, supporting regional growth through SEO-driven content, technical site improvements, and close coordination with local GEO teams and vendors.
You will be responsible for developing our digital presence, including the rollout of new website versions (e.g., for the US market), managing external development partners, and supporting digital campaigns such as Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Website management
- Manage the global Sollers website, including structure, updates, and localization support
- Lead website development projects
- Coordinate with IT teams (internal and external) on technical improvements
- Maintain SharePoint documentation for web structure, development logic, and change history
- Supervise vendor cooperation and ensure access to updated technical documentation
Content & SEO
- Plan, publish, and optimize content based on SEO best practices and business goals
- Ensure a smooth editorial process using shared briefs, templates, and style guides
- Collaborate with copywriters and subject matter experts to deliver new blogs, articles, and case studies
- Monitor and improve content performance through on-page SEO, linking, and meta optimization
Analytics & reporting
- Set up and maintain GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards for performance tracking
- Monitor key user behaviors (downloads, form submissions, traffic sources) and generate insights
- Create audience segments for future retargeting efforts and campaign planning
Google Ads & campaign support
- Support creation and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for gated content
- Ensure campaign materials follow Google’s technical and editorial standards
- Coordinate ad budget allocations and performance tracking
- Collaborate with campaign owners
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with GEO teams to reflect regional priorities and content on the website
- Align with broader marketing and branding initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams on processes for lead handling and marketing automation integrations (where applicable)
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in website management, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of CMS platforms and web content workflows (experience in WordPress and Figma)
- Proven experience in SEO optimization and analytics reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Strong project management skills and experience working with IT and/or external development vendors
- Knowledge of digital campaign ecosystems, especially Google Ads
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple digital initiatives
Nice to have:
- Experience managing multilingual websites or launching localized content versions
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and marketing automation integration processes
- Understanding of B2B lead generation and gated content strategy
