Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Organising internal sector events and supporting team participation in external conferences.
- Internal Collaboration: Facilitating alignment between teams (Inside Sales, Brand & Marketing, Controlling) to ensure seamless execution of UK sector processes.
- Business Development Support: Assisting business consultants and the Inside Sales team in building relationships with clients and leads.
- Media Relations: Supporting the UK team in media interactions and ensuring the execution of the global media strategy in the UK.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in event organisation, employer branding, or executive support at the board level.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of the insurance sector.
- Previous experience in event planning and execution.
- Experience in cross-team communication and task coordination (Scrum Master experience is a plus).
