About the role. You will:
• Be part of a consulting team for IT projects in insurance companies
• Act as an expert in cloud and AI, developing strategies, governance, and migration plans
• Lead business analysis, define functional requirements, and design cloud/AI-based solutions
• Engage with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into IT solutions
• Partner with technology providers in the application of their offerings
• Stay updated on AI trends, including generative AI, and apply them in client projects
• Support sales activities and promote our services in the DACH region
• Build strong relationships with clients and supervise teams during project execution
• Share your expertise and help develop the cloud and AI knowhow of our teams
About the requirements. You need:
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably in insurance, bancassurance, or related fields, ideally in the DACH region
• Profound knowledge of cloud technologies and AI
• Experience in designing cloud strategies, governance frameworks, migration strategies, and supporting cloud migrations
• Understanding of how insurance companies work, and the benefits of leveraging cloud and AI solutions, including generative AI, in the insurance sector
• Consulting skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into IT solutions
• Proficiency in German and English
• Ability to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for team results
• Ability to work the European Union on a full-time basis
• At least a bachelor's degree

• A track record of practical experience in cloud technologies and AI areas
• Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with client stakeholders and C-Level representatives
• Good command of French
• Openness to travel abroad up to 50% of your work time to support clients abroad
