Reasons to Join

Piotr, Senior DevOps Designer

I joined Sollers as Junior IT Administrator in 2013 when I was finishing my studies. Currently, I'm a Senior DevOps Designer and I work for a UK insurer helping our client to design and implement the best DevOps solutions.

It's amazing to see how the company has grown still keeping its people in the highest regard. I've learnt a lot in the last ten years, but more importantly, I've met a lot of great people. Some of them are even my close friends now and we often spend our free time together. I have also had the opportunity to learn about other cultures by working on projects with people from all over the world.

Agnieszka, IT Administrator

This is my first serious job and during this time I've been able to count on my teammates every time I needed support. This created a safe environment for me to grow.

Working in a friendly atmosphere and in a great team makes me see new tasks as a learning opportunity rather than a cause for stress. I feel that my work is appreciated by the people I assist with technical issues, which gives me satisfaction.
