About the team:
Sollers is driven by people, and our mission is to take care of them. People Team, consisting of 17 teammates, is involved in many different stages of the “lifecycle of our employees”. From recruiting and onboarding people to giving them opportunities to develop their skills, we try to help them grow and feel comfortable in the company through our daily support.
About the role. You will:
- Administrate recruitment processes (maintaining the candidates database, scheduling interviews, submitting job offers, preparing and posting job ads).
- Source new candidates with the use of different channels including Linkedin direct search.
- Apply creative and out-of-the-box thinking when conducting candidate searches.
- Cooperate with managers and other team members to maximize recruitment efforts and develop sourcing strategies.
- Propose improvements for the recruitment process and participate in their implementation.
- Cooperate closely with other teams (staffing, employer branding) and internal competencies.
About the requirements. You need:
- Have at least 4 years of experience in the recruitment area in international company in IT sector.
- Able to maintain good quality in communication and building relationship with candidates during the process.
- Have a good eye for attention to detail especially in terms of maintaining data quality in ATS system.
- Be able to work under time pressure, multitask and prioritise.
- Have an excellent command of English and Polish.
- Have an excellent ability to organise and manage own tasks.

- Experience in conducting recruitment on different markets e.g. Europe, US, UK, Japan, Australia.
- Being up to date with current trends on the market.
- Familiarity with the insurance sector and its talent market.
