Operations Team
Our mission is to let our people focus on their work. By taking care of all offices, ensuring comfortable trips to various project places, and organizing many integrations events to boost team spirit, our team members create a positive and productive work environment where everybody matters.
About the role. You will:
- Be the first point of contact at our Gdańsk office, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience for guests and team members.
- Take care of day-to-day office operations, keeping the workspace organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
- Collaborate with external vendors and building administration to maintain a well-functioning office environment.
- Take care of meeting room setup for interviews and business meetings.
- Coordinate local team-building events and contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Be an integral part of the Sollers Gdańsk team, helping to foster a productive and friendly workplace.
- Support other tasks related to offices and team-building area.
About the requirements. You need:
- Experience in office administration (at least one year) and a hands-on approach to daily tasks.
- A proactive mindset, great communication skills, and attention to detail.
- A team-player spirit, combined with independence in managing your tasks and a willingness to learn and grow together.
- Confidence in using MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written.
- Availability to work full-time from our Gdańsk office, Monday to Friday (8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00).
