Staffing & Delivery Team
The Staffing & Delivery Team assigns professionals to projects and supervises project delivery processes. We ensure a seamless match between client needs, project goals, and employee preferences. We support Sollers stakeholders by providing management information, recommendations, and by establishing and promoting project management standards. Our team of seven works closely with project managers and the board to ensure smooth coordination between departments and achieve company goals.
About the role. You will have the opportunity to:
- Be part of an internal team that supports end-to-end project delivery.
- Optimise and coordinate the project supervision and project status reporting processes, as well as track resulting follow-ups.
- Support Project Managers as a mentor and sparring partner.
- Monitor other project-related processes and introduce new standards in talent spotting, PM development, time reporting, and knowledge management.
- Collaborate with the Internal Systems team to improve the company’s IT systems.
About the requirements. You need:
- At least 2 years of experience in PMO roles, supporting project supervision and management in a corporate or IT environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in PM role in business consulting or IT projects.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Self-confidence and the ability to advocate proposed solutions to CxO roles.
- Excellent command of both English and Polish.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Tools.
