About RIFE:

RIFE by Sollers Consulting is a bancassurance software that covers all the insurance needs for retail and consumer finance banks. It is a unique platform that allows a low-risk digital transformation of the bancassurance operations at a bank. Thanks to a fit-for-purpose, configurational functionalities that cover policy admin, sales and post-sales processes for bancassurance business, RIFE allows 10 times shorter time to market of new insurance products. RIFE is a well-established market player, based on modern technology, with track record in top tier European banks.

About the role. You will:

  • Oversee sales activities for RIFE, our proprietary product for banks.
  • Be accountable for the product profitability, including revenue generation, profitability analysis, cost optimization, and comprehensive P&L management
  • Lead and transform the sales ecosystem for RIFE, setting strategic direction and performance targets for the sales organization.
  • Design and implement sophisticated sales methodologies to maximize market penetration in the banking sector.
  • Proactively cultivate and nurture strategic client relationships, focusing on both acquisition and expansive account development.
  • Develop robust renewal and upselling strategies to ensure continuous customer engagement and revenue expansion.
  • Cooperate closely with RIFE Product team responsible for product development and roadmap delivery as well as RIFE implementation teams, and marketing.
  • Use data analytics tools to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Position RIFE as a market-leading solution through proactive adaptation and value creation.

About the requirements. You need:

  • At least 10 years of commercial experience including at least 5 years as Product Manager responsible for sales and financial results of the product.
  • Proven track record of success in IT product sales in the banking sector.
  • Experience in developing, maintaining and executing product strategy (including sales, pricing, marketing strategy for the product).
  • Experience in team management, responsibility for managing sales team.
  • Experience in coordinating effective sales activities.
  • Good understanding of the bancassurance market,
  • Knowledge of IT implementation projects in the banking industry.
  • At least basic understanding of insurance products.
  • Ability to develop new opportunities into sold projects.
  • A network of contacts in the banking market and a strong ability to generate leads through networking events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Fluency in English.
