On 11th February, Sollers Consulting’s team attended TINtech London Market 2020, an event which focuses on technology strategy and the impact of digital in the Lloyd’s and London markets, as well as large complex commercial risk in general.
Sollers has been a staple at the TINtech industry events, supporting and actively participating since 2017. This time Grzegorz Podleśny, Partner at Sollers Consulting, chaired a session on successfully delivering change and innovation.
‘I believe that in order to successfully deliver change and innovation, one needs a clear vision and a realistic execution plan. London Market insurers face a more complex challenge than regular carriers as they have to consider one more factor, namely the plans as well as the execution of change by the Lloyd’s of London,’ says Podleśny.
Apart from sharp presentations, engaging discussions and networking, the conference also provided the perfect setting for Sollers Consulting to inaugurate the UK celebrations of the company’s 20th anniversary in the insurance business.
