Insurers achieve automation not with a with a big bang project, but through continuous work. The important thing here is, is to proceed in a targeted manner, to break down claims processing into process blocks and to subdivide them into micro-processes. The goal is is to identify and automate the micro-processes with the greatest potential. It is often the small successes of the project teams that move the company forward the most.
