Sollers Consulting among employers in Poland recognized by Great Place to Work®
Nov 08, 2022

Sollers Consulting, an international company specializing in business and IT consulting, mainly for the insurance sector, has received the Great Place To Work® certification. The results place the organization not only ahead of the national average, but also ahead of the companies that took the top five locations in the Best Places to Work in Poland 2022 ranking. Employees particularly valued the company’s team spirit, friendly and supportive environment, special perks, and events.

Sollers Consulting took part in a Great Place To Work® independent survey. Sollers’ average employee ratings for credibility (89%), respect (90%), fairness (88%), pride (81%), and camaraderie (91%) are higher than the average scores of selected competitors in the consulting and IT industries, as well as the top 5 large companies in the Best Places to Work in Poland 2022 ranking. The results obtained are also significantly higher than the national average represented by the National Norm Study 2022 survey.

“The survey results give us a great sense of satisfaction. Since Sollers was founded 22 years ago, teamwork has been our priority. Transparency in cooperation and feedback are among the most important principles we follow. This translates into satisfaction for our clients and makes our employees proud of their work.” – emphasizes Marcin Pluta, managing partner and co-founder of Sollers Consulting.

Great Place To Work® certification is based on anonymous employee feedback. 46 percent of the company’s employees in Poland took part in the survey. The average Trust Index™, the rating of those saying Sollers Consulting is a great place to work, was 88%.

Some of the highest rated comments from Sollers employees were:

  • I can take a day off when I really need to – 99%.
  • When you join the company, you feel welcome – 97%.
  • You can rely on teamwork – 96 %.
  • Here I am treated as a full member of the team, regardless of position – 95%.
  • Employees avoid creating deals and harming others to achieve their goals – 94%.

In the spring of 2023, Sollers will also participate in the Best Places to Work™ Poland ranking.  Poland was the first market to be included in the survey. More Sollers offices will soon take part in the survey.

Sollers Consulting employs experts in business consulting, software development, support, and IT administration.
