You will have an opportunity to:

• Be a part of consulting or implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test created solutions
• Work closely with IT developers and architects on a daily basis
• Support the development of Tokyo office and activities in Japan
• Support coordination of Agile projects
• Cooperate directly with the client team
• Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment

We bet on you, so we expect you to:

• Have Business level of English and Japanese
• Have a minimum bachelor’s degree
• Have first professional experience (min. 1 year), preferably in a project environment
• Demonstrate ability to learn quickly in a friendly but challenging environment
• Have an individual and creative approach to solving complex problems
• Apply analytical thinking and synthesis to present results of your work
• Show interest in working with clients from the financial sector
• Show interest in supporting business development activities in Japan
• Enjoy teamwork with experts with various academic background and skills
• Show interest in new technologies and their practical use.

We appreciate if additionally you:

• Have experience working in consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the field of insurance or bancassurance (1-2 years)
• Have experience in Guidewire implementations
• Know additional language (German, French)
• Are eager to travel
