Melisa, Business Analyst

Coming from Argentina to our Sollers office in Barcelona has been a wonderful journey. Working as a Business Analyst in a multicultural environment has given me the opportunity to learn from different perspectives in a place where cultures and ideas meet.

In the last year, I have been able to work for two of the biggest insurers in the market and in my projects I have felt that collaboration is the norm. For me, Sollers isn't just a place to work, it's a diverse community that helps you achieve your professional goals.

Ansgar, Business Analyst

After finishing my Masters in 2022, I started working at Sollers as a Business Analyst. What I like the most about working in this company is the open company culture which allows us to work and develop in areas in which we really want to. An individual training budget, both time- and moneywise, provides us with even more flexibility and helps us become specialists in the fields we are interested in.

The team is amazing, full of nice, helpful and inteligent people that like to grow together. We enjoy spending time together and our integrations are a highlight every time.

Roman, Senior Business Analyst

I have been working at Sollers Consulting since 2022. Currently I work for a large insurer in the London market as a senior business analyst. I work in the FinOps team where I face new challenges every day.

Sollers' unique organisational structure, diverse projects, communities, project team all contribute to a brilliantly organised teamwork, this allows me to solve tasks faster and helps my professional development.
