Finance Team
Our 11 teammates are responsible for accounting and settlements processes, Finance Team ensures tax compliance within Sollers Group and takes care of Sollers financial condition. This is how we carry out our mission, which consists in making sure that we, as company, operate safely and responsibly.
You´ll have the opportunity to
• Analyze and report data on sales of IT and consulting services
• Coordinate processes of collecting input data from managers
• Participate in the preparation of sales and financial models (in cooperation with Geographies Leads and Account Owners)
• Participate in setting up sales targets and control realization
• Ensuring good quality data about potential sales that is maintained by sales teams in CRM
• Collecting unstructured information from sales teams meetings and turning it into structured information in controlling models / forecasts
• Participate in the development of tools supporting the area of sales analysis, controlling and financial management
• Participate in the process of preparing financial projections, budgets and monitoring of their execution
We are counting on you so we expect you to
• Have minimum 1 years of experience in the area of sales analytics, finance or controlling
• Have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Have good analytical skills and financial background
• Be computer literate (MS Office, with emphasis on very good knowledge of Excel)
• Be fluent in spoken and written English and Polish
• Be committed, conscientious, willing to develop yourself, independent, accurate, proactive and well-organized
