Your responsibilities and challenges:
• Owning and co-creating the vision of data competency at Sollers
• Building data competency from the technological side
• Technology PoC-es for new solutions in the area of data
• Participation in presales, and then implementation or supervision over the implementation of proposed ideas
• Acting as a sparring partner for our business and IT team
• Challenge and support digital transformation
Must have:
• Experience in a leading role in data projects for the insurance sector
• Knowledge of the technological standard in the area of data for insurers (including open source)
• Practical deep knowledge of selected technologies in the areas of data integrations, MDM, data analytics, AI, and/or data-driven process automation
• Very good English (min. C1)
• Very good communication skills
• Good understanding of design patterns
• Good understanding of software engineering
• Be able to work in Poland and the European Union
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of insurtechs in the data area
• Experience in software bidding processes
• Fluent German or French
• Experience in consulting
• Work experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology
