You will have an opportunity to:
• Work in the implementation team on IT projects for insurance companies
• Build relationships with the clients’ key personnel
• Coordinate larger, Agile implementation projects
• Conduct technical supervision over-analytical works on a project
• Act as a team Scrum Master or an Agile Coach
• Act as a team leader, Product Owner, or business architect
• Coordinate your own area in the company, supported by an experienced supervisor
• Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment
We bet on you, so we expect you to:
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects or the financial sector
• Have at least 4 years of experience in Guidewire systems implementation
• Have experience working with customers from the financial sector and a comprehensive understanding of the insurance processes
• Think analytically and have the ability to synthesize the results of your work and to present them
• Have experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
• Have experience in team management and leadership skills
• Know English very well
• Enjoy teamwork with experts with various skills
• Be able to work and travel in Poland and the European Union
Additionally, we appreciate if you:
• Know additional languages, especially German, Finnish or Japanese
• Have experience in implementation-related or strategic consulting
• Are able to build a relationship with C-level representatives
• While having the main office in Poland, want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 2/3 of your work time
