About Software Development at Sollers:

About the role. You will:
• Implement and customise Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.
• Configure, integrate and customise Salesforce software to meet client needs.
• As part of the R&D team: create, design and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by our clients.
• Work directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team.
About the skills and tools. You will use:
• Java, C#, JavaScript
• Git, Gerrit, Jenkins and similar
• VSCode, Intellij Idea
• SoapUI
• H2, MSSQL, Oracle
• XML, Xpath
• Salesforce, APEX, Lightning
• ..and more depending on the project
About the requirements. You need:
• At least 1 year of commercial experience with Vlocity/Salesforce Industries and Omnistudio, or at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce CRM implementation in Insurance Company.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
• Good command of English language, at least B2/C1 level.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Availability for full-time employment.
• Ability to work in the European Union.
About the wishes. Nice to haves:
• Software development best practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer or other relevant certification.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
• Teamwork skills and experience.
• Understanding of design patterns.
• Fluency in French or German.
• Any of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience.
