Izabela, Senior Analyst

I started working in Sollers in 2022. I work as Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master in the London Market projects. I’m constantly getting a lot of opportunities to grow in my fields of expertise. Since day one I noticed that Sollers encourages people to integrate. Inside and outside of work. In my day to day job I work with the amazing team consists of 10 IT professionals from all over the world. Team not only delivers the highest quality work and creates cool solutions but also has a lot of fun while doing it.

Sollers also supports after work integrations. At the beginning of the year with a group of 16 Sollers we wanted to go and see the killer whales in Norway. Sollers co-financed our trip! And this was just one out of dozens employee’s initiatives that I was lucky to take part it just this year.

Roman, Senior Analyst

I have been working at Sollers Consulting since 2022. Currently I work for a large insurer in the London market as a senior business analyst. I work in the FinOps team where I face new challenges every day.

Sollers' unique organisational structure, diverse projects, communities, project team all contribute to a brilliantly organised teamwork, this allows me to solve tasks faster and helps my professional development.

Łukasz, Senior Analyst

I started my adventure in Sollers in September 2021 as a Senior Analyst on UK project that involves multiple vendors and people from all over the world. Internationality and teamwork are the two aspects I value the most in my daily work. Not only do we have nine offices in Poland but also seven around the globe. That gives us the possibility to travel and meet people from different business cultures.

A game changer for me is the vision and stability, because Sollers, unlike most of the competition, is ran by the same guys that have founded it over 20 years ago. This means that the top management is easily approachable and your voice will be heard. The company really is driven by people.

Vanessa, Senior Analyst

My current position is Senior Business Analyst in Tokyo Office. I am currently involved in Japan Sector business development, including sales activities in Japan, recruitment activities, office management, and also event-related activities.

What do you like the most at Sollers? Why do you work here? How do you feel working here? I think that there are many opportunities to grow in Sollers. Especially, as Tokyo Office is still in early growing stage, I have been exposed to various tasks, working with different people internally and externally. In addition, the Sollers culture of supporting each other really enables growth of employees. I think all teams in Sollers are trying their best to be open to give and receive feedback, which is crucial for growth of individual and the team.

In addition, Sollers employees always support each other, even those outside their own team. Even if they do not know the answer right away, they will find a way to try solving the issues together. 😊
