Staffing Team

Our team is responsible for aligning employees with projects that best match their skillsets and expertise. We're a team of 7 people working closely with projects management and with the board. We take pride in our collaborative approach, fostering seamless coordination between various departments to meet the company's strategic goals.

About the role. You will:

• Be a part of the team that supports E2E project delivery
• Plan the assignment of professionals across projects and tasks
• Monitor and optimize the level of utilisation in the organisation
• Be a part of regular meetings with projects’ leaderships, board, and team members
• Coordinate the flow of information between sales and recruitment processes
• Ensure the proper quality of data about employees for effective task management and project staffing
• Create and maintain tools used for automation of daily tasks
• Cooperate with the Internal Systems team to introduce improvements in the company’s IT systems

About the requirements. You need:

• Have at least 1 year of the first experience in Data Analytics in PMO
• Have at least intermediate Knowledge of VBA
• Know English and Polish very well
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Have top-notch computer skills (MS Office, advanced Excel)
• Be a communicative, proactive, and analytical person with an eye for detail

We appreciate if additionally you:

• Have at least intermediate Knowledge of Power BI / Power Query or any other Data analysis tools
• Have more relevant experience in a similar role
• Are familiar with the IT sector and terminology
