Sollers integrates omni:us’s AI-based claims solution with Guidewire
Aug 27, 2021

Warsaw, 27 August 2021: Sollers Consulting has integrated omni:us’s insurance claims automation tool with Guidewire ClaimCenter. The integration enables insurers to automate claims processes, increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Sollers Consulting specialists have created a technical integration of omni:us with Guidewire ClaimCenter. This new interface enables insurance companies to fully automate incoming invoices related to insurance claims. Thanks to the new integration, insurers can process claims and payments based on artificial intelligence. The omni:us solution helps insurers automate the claims handling process and enables end-to-end processing of low and medium complexity claims. Sollers Consulting supports insurers in process automation and works with partners to offer customised solutions. The project is the first step towards increased cooperation between Sollers Consulting and omni:us.

“The insurance industry is increasingly focused on claims processing and wants to improve the customer experience and efficiency in this area,” comments Michał Trochimczuk, Managing Partner at Sollers Consulting. “The recent NatCat events in Western Europe have shown how important effective claims handling has become. Omni:us is one of many partners we work with to develop customised process automation solutions. Omni:us’s artificial intelligence solution can now be implemented in existing Guidewire environments. The integration helps to increase customer satisfaction. We see a lot of interest in the tool in Germany and some other markets.”

“The main goal of our collaboration with Sollers Consulting is to help our customers in the insurance industry to implement claims automation faster. Integrated with Guidewire ClaimCenter, our solution automates processes such as initial claim notification, coverage verification and much more across lines of business,” commented Martin Micko, CCO and founder of omni: us, on the partnership.

The integration has undergone an intensive development and testing phase. It now enables accelerated document analysis, higher accuracy of basic business processes and fast decision making.
